Screen
Our commitment to detailed screening is unwavering, we take the time to match the required skills to your business and job description, getting to know our candidates, to understand whether our clients are a good cultural fit, as well as a good skills match.
Shortlist
Our process is simple; deliver the best available candidates. We deliver thoroughly searched, well screened shortlists of 3-5 outstanding candidates for any given role, while also advising you on why people have missed out, to give you an opportunity to make an informed decision.
Select
We assist at every stage of the process with additional information and support for the client and the candidate. During this selection process, rejected candidates need to be supported and the selected candidates will receive regular updates right up to their start date and beyond.
Service
We believe in ongoing service; this includes for successful candidates, rejected candidates and clients for current and future recruitment. We develop trusting relationships with businesses and represent them correctly, delivering an all-round positive experience.
For over 15 years, our Director Jamie Hancher has played a pivotal role in the recruitment requirements for many of the UK’s biggest manufacturing and engineering companies.
His understanding of the plastics , precision engineering and FMCG sectors mean he understands the roles he is recruiting for with deep knowledge and insight into what the client is looking for. He spends time getting to know the business, its culture and needs, before spending the time needed to search and get to know the candidates being sent over for consideration.
After working in this industry for so long, in 2022 Jamie decided to open his own agency, to enable him to bring his unique recruitment style to more businesses, and focus on delivering the service he is so passionate about.
